Section Number:
Three-digit number assigned based on instruction mode, class type, time of day, or to identify sections for special student populations.
If a class section is designated for a special student population (i.e. Learning Communities, Honors).

- LAB/QUIZ/RECITATION Section No. 611, 612, 613....
If a class section is designated only for William H. Thompson Scholars.
- Standalone LEC Section No. W01, W02, W03.....
- LEC Section No. W10...
- LAB/QUIZ/RECITATION Section No. W11, W12, W13...
Section number must be three-digits but include a leading W.
If lab/quiz/recitation is tied to a specific lecture:
- LEC Section No. 150….
- LAB/QUIZ/RECITATION Section No. 151, 152, 153….
If lab/quiz/recitation is tied to any lecture:
- LEC Section No. 010
- LEC Section No. 020
- LEC Section No. 030
- LAB/QUIZ/RECITATION Section No. 111, 112, 113…
Evening Classes that have a start time of 6:00pm or later, section numbers should start with 101.
