Important Information About Ordering Transcripts
- Transcripts are confidential records and may only be ordered by the student whose record is being requested.
- In compliance with FERPA law, the student’s original signature must be included. Typed electronic signatures are not considered valid, and transcript orders are not accepted over the phone.
- Transcripts will not be processed if a student has a hold that prevents their release.
- Transcript records contain the entire student record. Transcripts are not sent for individual semesters, careers or courses.
- Processing time for student records is 1–5 working days. Allow extra time for processing during end of semester and commencement peak periods.
- The Registrar Office does not process requests for unofficial transcripts. Those who have access to their MyRED account with attendance after fall 1986 can obtain unofficial transcripts under the Academics tab in MyRED.
