Standard Meeting Patterns

Note: During prime time (8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. M, W, F and until 2:00 p.m. on T, R) courses assigned to General Purpose (GP) rooms must follow the University approved standard time blocks as listed below.

Remember:

  • The below (standard time blocks) is the standard for three credit hour courses.  Follow the standard begin-end times for both MWF and TR for four and five credit hour courses. 
  • Evening classes begin at 6:00 p.m. or later.

Begin time is on the half hour. The end time cannot be on the exact hour or half hour. Meeting time is 50 minutes per day.

 MWF

Begin time is on the hour. The end time cannot be on the exact hour or half hour. Meeting time is 50 minutes per day.
TR Begin-end time must be one of:
08:00-09:15, 09:30-10:45, 11:00-12:15,
12:30-1:45, 2:00-3:15, 3:30-4:45. Meeting time is 75 minutes per day.		 TR Begin-end time must be one of:
