Taken Filter
Advisors can identify students based on courses or credits applied to degree requirements. The fields include:
- Number of courses (or credits) taken: Degree applicable courses or credits.
- Specific taken courses: One or more courses. This filter will return students who have completed or are currently completing a specific course.
- Specific requirement: Choose a program, audit version, then requirement(s). This filter will return students who have completed or are currently completing a specific requirement.
- Semester: Current or a past semester, or all past
- Grading Options: Select a grading basis, then search for a specific grade. You can enter more than one grade, for example, P and N.
- Exceptions: Identifies students with any pending or approved college workflow requests or direct administrative exception(s). If combined with a specific class taken, the exception is not necessarily for that specific class.
- Search course enrollment levels: student academic career (Graduate, Undergraduate, etc)
The following combinations* provide useful results:
- Number of credits/courses and Semester: can identify students who took a specific number of credit hours in a specific semester
- Specific taken courses and Specific requirement: can identify students who have taken a specific course for a degree requirement
- Specific taken courses and Semester: can identify students who took a specific course in a specific semester
- Specific taken courses and Grade: can identify students who completed a specific course with a specific grade
- Specific taken courses and Grade and Semester: can identify students who completed a specific course with a specific grade in a specific semester
- Specific requirement and Grade: can identify students who earned a specific grade in a specific requirement (even if below acceptable grade)
*Combining Number of courses taken, Specific taken courses, and/or Specific requirement is not supported.
*Combining Number of courses/credits taken and Grade is not supported
