Adding Hidden Courses
Sometimes, a section of a course you need to enroll in is hidden. Below are the steps you must use to find the course in Stellic Scheduler so you can add it to your Plan and Enroll (See our Enrolling tutorial at https://registrar.unl.edu/class-registration-tutorials/enrolling-courses-stellic-scheduler/).
If you have not already done so, you will need to get the class number from the department or instructor of the course for the section you wish to enroll in. This number is 4-5 digits, and is unique to the section and the term in which it is offered.
Once you have that number, go to your Stellic Scheduler (tutorial at https://registrar.unl.edu/class-registration-tutorials/accessing-stellic-scheduler/).
By the My Courses left-hand panel, click the '+' sign. Select Search for Courses. This will open the Search for Courses panel on the right-hand side.
Click the Section box under the Filters section. A box will appear under it with fields.
Put the class number you were given in the Class No. box.
Scroll down and you will see the course tile appear. Click it to select it, bringing up the course details.
Scroll down again to see the section associated with the course number you put in. Click the '+' sign to add it to your plan.
